The property would ideally suit people who may be leaving home or residential settings for the first time and who wish to share space with others but may need additional reassurance when living independently, possibly for the first time.

Highly skilled staff provide six hours of shared, on-site support every day and visiting support can also be provided for each person, according to their needs and preferences.
