The Move-On Project, Chestnut Road
The Move-On Project at Chestnut Road offers a community-based mental health rehabilitation and recovery orientated service to people experiencing severe and enduring mental health conditions with complex needs. The service supports people to develop their ability to manage a tenancy independently whilst also managing their mental health.
