Teams at Greengates and Mortimer House received the best possible gift over Christmastime: ‘Good’ ratings in their CQC reports!

The Greengates report said: “We observed positive relationships between staff and people. There was an inclusive atmosphere with staff and people sitting together chatting and enjoying each other’s company.”

And the Mortimer report said: “Our observations throughout the day showed that staff were kind and caring in their approach. At the lunch time meal for example people were given enough time and not rushed. Staff understood their needs and supported them respectfully.”
