At the end of January, we attended the Skills for Care Accolades Awards 2020 as a finalist in the category for ‘Best employer support for your registered manager(s)’, shortlisted against Care UK and Leeds City Council.

The judges said: “Milestones Trust has values at the heart of their service and offers an impressive personalised approach; recognising their registered managers as individuals and supporting them as such.”

A great night was had by all at the awards ceremony, and although we weren’t crowned the winners, we were given a Highly Commended award for the amazing work that we put into supporting our managers to provide the best support possible.
