Congratulations to the staff team at 87 Church Road, who have been shortlisted for a Care and Support West Award in the ‘Community-Based Support Organisation of the Year’ category.

The annual Care and Support West Care Awards celebrate the hard work and dedication of care professionals in the South West.

The staff at Church Road were nominated for the award by Service Manager Rachel Barnes, who said:

“The whole team have worked tirelessly over the last two years, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of not just the individuals that live at the home, but also each other. They are a fantastic team, and I am really proud of all of them.”

Tracey Hart, 87 Church Road’s Service Coordinator, was delighted to learn that her team had been named as a finalist for the award. She said:

“I am thrilled that the staff team have been recognised for the hard work and commitment they showed to the people we support, and each other, to keep everyone safe and well throughout the pandemic.”

The winners of the Care and Support West Awards will be announced on Saturday 15^th October at a Gala Dinner at Ashton Gate Stadium.
