“I just wanted to pop you a quick email to let you know about the wonderful care I witnessed your staff giving to one of your clients. Last week I was having a coffee with friends in the Staple Hill Oak when I noticed one of your clients started to have a seizure. The 2 carers who were with her reacted immediately, making her safe, treating her with dignity and they remained calm. Being a registered nurse myself at Southmead Hospital I was very impressed with the care of your staff members.”
